Exceeding Your Expectations

As a professional real estate agent, I provide extensive services you need to buy/sell your home and to manage the complex buying/selling process. I come with the full resources of The Real Estate Company - the largest independent agency on the Lower Cape with offices in Chatham, Brewster, Orleans and Eastham. My services begin with our first conversation and carry on through and even after closing. By engaging our service your property will sell faster, at a higher price, with fewer problems and with reduced stress. Some of the professional services I provide include:

Education

I educate you, the home owner concerning the entire selling process, the assessment of value methodology, the sources of information concerning financing, standard terms & conditions, as well as how to best present your home for showing.

Marketing & Advertising

I market and advertise your property to achieve the greatest audience of potential buyers for your category of property. I use latest technology for breadth of exposure, targeting highest probability prospects and fastest information dissemination. Our marketing plan details all the various types of marketing I launch on your behalf.

Negotiation & Representation

I negotiate higher prices for the Seller based on documented values and familiarity with inventory, your particular home and market trends. I represent you, following your instruction, on many matters during the selling process. I offer you my experience, knowledge of current market and buyer insights so that you have everything on which to base a decision.

Project Management

I act as your project manager guiding you through the complex and sometimes difficult journey of selling your property. I will help you to identify key events and help you to keep track of scheduled dates, and can assist in coordinating with responsible parties.

Administration

I do the detail work of drafting paperwork, faxing, copying, addressing offers, responding to buyer contingencies, assessing timetables for inspections, appraisals and financing. Processing the Purchase and Sales Agreement, utility transfers, walkthroughs, coordinating deadlines closings, making sure all documents are signed, sealed and delivered on time.

Reporting

I will communicate with you one on one in your preferred way. I will keep you apprised of significant events and of details that you desire, as soon as possible, and I will provide regular weekly updates in addition to formal monthly reports.

Other Professional Services

Through experience, skill, education and knowledge I can provide guidance, direction or suggestions for needs that may surface. In addition, I protect your interests, not as ‘the expert' but as your representative during home inspections, smoke detector inspections, etc. I also handle all communication between potential buyers, other real estate professionals, the town and the buyers' attorney(s). Moreover, I facilitate the solving of any problems that may arise.
